About the Role
We are hiring a Growth Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns using Growth Strategy & Experimentation, SEO & Content Growth, Paid Acquisition. This role is results-driven — you'll be accountable for ROAS, CAC, and pipeline contribution, not just campaign activity metrics. The ideal candidate has managed $20K+/month in Growth Marketing spend, knows how to structure campaigns for scale, and uses Mixpanel and Amplitude to make data-driven optimization decisions daily. You'll work with creative teams, sales, and leadership to develop full-funnel marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Growth Strategy & Experimentation implementation and optimization — configuration, customization, and ongoing enhancement based on business needs
- Manage SEO & Content Growth workflows including setup, user training, and continuous improvement of processes
- Implement and maintain Paid Acquisition ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and workflows
- Plan and execute Growth Marketing campaigns from strategy through creative briefing, setup, and launch
- Manage daily campaign optimization — bid adjustments, audience refinement, and creative testing
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards tracking ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and offers with statistical rigor
- Manage campaign budgets and provide weekly spend-vs-performance reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad assets and landing pages
- Stay current with Growth Marketing platform changes and proactively adjust strategies
Must-Have Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Growth Strategy & Experimentation — configuration, customization, and troubleshooting in production environments
- Proficiency with Mixpanel as part of the Growth Marketing development/operations workflow
- 2+ years of hands-on Growth Marketing campaign management experience
- Proven track record of managing $10K+/month in ad spend with documented results
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with data analysis, attribution modeling, and statistical testing
- Experience creating campaign performance reports for stakeholders
- Fluent English communication — written and verbal
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Reforge Growth Series certification or equivalent validated credential
- CXL Growth Marketing Minidegree certification or equivalent validated credential
- Experience with advanced Growth Marketing features: SEO & Content Growth, Paid Acquisition, Conversion Rate Optimization
- Familiarity with the broader Growth Marketing ecosystem including Amplitude and Google Analytics 4
- Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot certifications
- Experience with marketing attribution platforms (Segment, Branch, or AppsFlyer)
Interview Tips
Campaign Audit
Share a real (anonymized) Growth Marketing campaign with performance data. Ask them to identify what's working, what's not, and what they'd change first.
Strategy Presentation
Give them a hypothetical business scenario and 30 minutes to prepare a Growth Marketing strategy. Evaluate strategic thinking, channel selection, and budget allocation.
